snug This side of the pub has a seperate entrance and opens into a small cozy bar area. Locals and walkers are welcomed with a log fire throughout winter and real ales all year round. Food is served at lunchtime and in the evenings where choice can be made across the bar snack and 'a la carte' menus. The room shows a developing game theme and walls and ceiling are canvas for the collected artifacts. The original quarry tile floor has been exposed and tehre are plans to re-open the fireplace to an original larger alcove visable under the paper and paintwork.
